Services of Grace Alone Baptist Church
Grace Alone Baptist Church currently meets only once a week. We meet on Wednesday Nights from 6:30-8:00. As the Lord moves in the hearts of the people of Bourbon County and sends like minded individuals to join with us, we will then look for a place of worship and begin to have services on Sunday mornings. Below is a vision for how Sunday services will go as well as what we are doing currently on Wednesday nights.
Sundays
We begin our services with prayer and singing of hymns. (New Baptist Hymnal) Then we go through a portion of Catechism or Confession (1689 2nd London Baptist Confession), followed by a congregational Bible Study (Sovereignty of God). Then we listen to reading of God' Word (Psalms) followed by congregational prayer. We join together for some more singing of hymns, followed by the preaching of God's Word.
Wednesdays
Our services on Wednesdays begin with prayer (prayer requests and praises) and conclude with a Bible Study, currently in 1 Timothy.
